Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person and organization that accesses Naara, including customer workspaces, marketplace activity, integrations, and public-facing features.

It supplements the Terms of Service and Conditions of Use and helps protect customer data, platform availability, and the trust required for connected commerce.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning permissions that match each user's role. Credentials must not be shared in a way that defeats security, approval, or audit controls.

Information entered into Naara must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and collected, used, and shared with appropriate authority.

You may not use Naara to harm another person, organization, system, or the integrity of the service.

• Access, test, scan, or interfere with an account, organization, network, or system without authorisation.
• Upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, disrupt service availability, or attempt to bypass security or plan controls.
• Commit fraud, impersonate another party, misrepresent products or inventory, or facilitate unlawful transactions.
• Use another organization's confidential information or customer data without permission.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other legal rights.
• Use the service to sell, ship, or promote prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, or unlawfully obtained goods.

Organizations that publish inventory or offers remain responsible for product accuracy, availability, pricing, required disclosures, fulfilment, returns, taxes, and legal authority to sell. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing product and seller information before purchasing.

Delivery and shipping providers are independent services. Customers must comply with each provider's terms and with laws governing the products, destinations, and services involved.

Do not place highly sensitive information in fields that are not designed for it. Payment card details must be entered only through approved payment interfaces and never stored in inventory notes, customer records, messages, or uploaded files.

Suspected unauthorised access, exposed credentials, security weaknesses, or misuse should be reported promptly to Naara support.

Naara may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate affected access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, prevent harm, or preserve the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Serious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities or affected service providers when legally required or reasonably necessary to address harm.

We may update this policy as Naara's services and connected commerce features develop. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, and the updated date will appear on this page.
