If you have a routine question about your account, marketplace request, order, subscription, or shipment and do not suspect misconduct, contact Naara Support instead of submitting a suspicious-activity report. Include the relevant organization and reference number so we can route the request correctly.
What should be reported
Report concerns involving a Naara account, marketplace participant, listing, communication, integration, or shipment. Warning signs may include:
A listing that appears illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, materially misleading, or inconsistent with the seller's authority or available inventory.
A seller, buyer, or other person who impersonates another business, misrepresents product condition or origin, or attempts to manipulate marketplace records.
A request to move payment or sensitive communications to an unusual channel, especially when paired with urgency, secrecy, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or changed banking details.
An unexpected request for a password, authentication code, complete payment-card number, remote access to a device, or confidential organization data.
A shipping label, tracking event, delivery address, customs description, declared value, package, or carrier instruction that appears altered, fabricated, inconsistent, or unauthorised.
Suspected account takeover, phishing, malicious files, unauthorised access, data exposure, or activity that crosses organization boundaries.
Submit a report to Naara
Email support@naara.com with the subject “Report Suspicious Activity.” If you are able to do so safely and lawfully, include:
Your name, organization, and the email address associated with your Naara account.
The seller, buyer, listing, marketplace request, order, shipment, message, or page involved, including a URL or reference number where available.
A clear description of what happened, why it appears suspicious, and the relevant dates and times.
Screenshots, emails, message headers, tracking details, packaging information, receipts, or other evidence that can be shared lawfully.
Whether money, goods, credentials, or confidential information may already have been lost or disclosed.
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card numbers, government identification documents, or unrelated confidential information. Preserve relevant evidence, but do not place yourself at risk, access another person's account, or attempt your own investigation.
Do not use links, phone numbers, payment instructions, or contact details contained in a suspicious message. Open www.naarainventory.com yourself or use the verified support address above. Naara will not ask you by unsolicited email, text, or phone call to disclose your password, authentication code, or complete payment-card number.
If you disclosed credentials, change the affected password immediately, secure the related email account, sign out other sessions where available, and notify Naara. If money was sent, contact the bank, card issuer, or payment provider promptly and ask whether the transaction can be stopped or reversed.
Stolen, counterfeit, or unlawfully obtained goods
The sale, listing, storage, or shipment of stolen, counterfeit, or unlawfully obtained goods through Naara is prohibited. Report the listing or activity to Naara and promptly contact the appropriate local law-enforcement agency. A Naara report does not replace a police report and does not delay any deadline for reporting to an insurer, financial institution, carrier, or government agency.
Rights holders reporting intellectual-property infringement should also provide the information described in the Intellectual-Property Complaints section of Naara's Terms and Conditions.
Unsafe products and food
If a product may be contaminated, recalled, adulterated, hazardous, or otherwise unsafe, stop using, selling, serving, or distributing it when doing so is safe. Preserve the product, packaging, lot or serial information, purchase records, and photographs as appropriate. Report the concern to Naara, the seller or manufacturer, and the government authority responsible for that product category.
Seek medical attention for an injury or illness. Contact 911 or local emergency services when there is immediate danger. Naara is not an emergency service or product-safety regulator.
Shipping and handling concerns
When Naara shipping features are enabled, report suspicious labels, tracking events, rerouting instructions, customs descriptions, package tampering, theft, unknown contents, or attempts to ship prohibited or hazardous materials. Also contact the participating carrier or logistics provider using its official reporting channel.
Do not open, move, smell, touch, or transport a package that may present an immediate physical, chemical, or biological danger. Move away from it and contact emergency services or the appropriate carrier or law-enforcement authority.
Government reporting resources
A report to Naara does not replace a report to law enforcement, a regulator, a public-health authority, or another service provider. The following official U.S. resources may help:
Naara may acknowledge the report, request additional information, review relevant account and audit records, preserve evidence, contact affected participants or providers, restrict a listing or feature, suspend an account, or refer information to an appropriate authority. The action taken depends on the facts, available evidence, safety considerations, contractual duties, and applicable law.
Naara may be unable to disclose confidential investigative, account, security, or law-enforcement information or guarantee a particular outcome. Good-faith reports are welcome. Knowingly false, retaliatory, abusive, or misleading reports may violate Naara's Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
