Accessibility Statement

Naara Logistics Inc. is committed to making its websites and web-based services accessible to people with disabilities and to providing a usable, inclusive experience for all customers.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Our commitment

We work to identify, prevent, and remove barriers that may interfere with access to Naara. We also welcome feedback from people with disabilities because their experiences help us improve the service.

This statement applies to the Naara-controlled public website at www.naarainventory.com and the authenticated Naara web application. Customer-provided content and third-party services are addressed separately below.

Accessibility standard and current status

Naara uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its current technical design and testing target. WCAG addresses whether web content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with disabilities.

Naara is working toward this target as part of an ongoing accessibility program. We have not yet completed an independent, comprehensive conformance audit of every page and workflow. Accordingly, we do not currently represent that every part of the service fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and this statement is not a certification of compliance.

Accessibility requirements can also arise under applicable law independently of a technical standard. We will update our practices as the service, relevant standards, and legal requirements develop.

Measures we use or are implementing

Depending on the feature and its stage of development, our accessibility work includes:

  • Using semantic page structure, headings, landmarks, labels, and instructions where practical.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus for interactive controls.
  • Providing text alternatives or accessible names for meaningful images, icons, and controls.
  • Considering color contrast and avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate important information.
  • Supporting responsive layouts, text enlargement, and reflow across common screen sizes.
  • Writing clear instructions, validation messages, and error information for forms and workflows.
  • Including accessibility checks in ongoing design, development, testing, and remediation work.
  • Combining automated checks with manual review, including keyboard and assistive-technology testing as our program matures.

Automated tools can help identify certain issues, but they cannot evaluate every accessibility requirement or user experience. Our goal is to expand both automated and human testing over time.

Technology and compatibility

Naara is intended to work with current versions of major web browsers and the assistive technologies supported by those browsers and operating systems. For the best experience, use a current browser and keep your operating system and assistive technology updated.

JavaScript and cookies may be required for authentication, security, and core application functionality. Compatibility can vary based on the browser, device, operating system, assistive technology, and user settings involved.

Known limitations and ongoing review

Because Naara is actively developing and a comprehensive third-party audit has not yet been completed, some content or workflows may not yet satisfy every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion. Newly released or complex features—including charts, data tables, file uploads, document previews, and interactive dashboards—may require continued review and improvement.

If an accessibility issue prevents you from accessing information or completing a core task, please contact us. We will review the barrier, prioritise issues that prevent core access, and work to provide a reasonable alternative method or assistance where feasible while remediation is underway.

Request assistance or report a barrier

Email support@naara.com with the subject “Accessibility Request,” or use our contact page. If possible, include:

  • The page, feature, or workflow where you encountered the barrier, including its web address if available.
  • A short description of the problem and what you were trying to accomplish.
  • The browser, device, and assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
  • The format or alternative method that would help you access the information or complete the task.
  • Your preferred way for us to respond.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. We will review accessibility requests and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Requesting assistance will not affect your access to Naara or subject you to retaliation.

Customer and third-party content

Naara customers may upload or enter documents, images, spreadsheets, product descriptions, and other content. Naara does not control how that content is created and cannot ensure that all customer-provided content is accessible. Customers are responsible for the content they provide and should make it accessible to their intended users.

Naara also links to or integrates with payment, shipping, communications, media, and other third-party services. Those providers independently control their products and accessibility practices. If a third-party service creates a barrier within a Naara workflow, report it to us so we can help identify an available alternative and raise the issue with the provider where appropriate.

Changes to this statement

We may update this statement to reflect improvements to Naara, feedback from users, completed assessments, or changes in standards and law. The “Last updated” date shows when this statement was most recently revised. Nothing in this statement limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
